No. eleeton boosters are repeaters, not transmitters on their own: they only re-amplify existing licensed-band signals. AGC/ALC keeps output within safe limits. As long as donor and service antennas are properly isolated, the operator network is unaffected.
A booster needs at least a faint outdoor signal (1-2 bars or detectable RSRP) to work. If there is none, consider a fiber optic repeater fed from a location with signal, or a high-gain directional antenna at height. Send us your location and we will assess for free.
